Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of educational support services provided by EAST LONDON ACADEMIC EXPERTS LTD, including academic tutoring, study materials provision, and academic consultation services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Overview

We provide educational guidance and support services only, including:

• One-to-one and small-group online academic tutoring for primary, secondary and further education levels
• Digital study materials, knowledge handbooks and learning templates aligned with UK educational curricula
• Academic consultation services, including learning planning, study adaptation guidance and application planning support

All services are designed to support independent learning and skill development. We do not provide any services related to academic dishonesty, including but not limited to ghostwriting, exam cheating or falsification of academic records.

2. Booking, Scheduling & Modifications

For scheduled tutoring and consultation services:

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our designated communication channels.
• Requests to reschedule or cancel a booked session must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
• We will respond to rescheduling or cancellation requests within 24 hours of receipt.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered fully utilised and non-transferable.

3. Service Delivery & Access

For all our services:

• Digital study materials will be provided as downloadable files immediately upon successful service access, with download access valid for 12 months from the date of access.
• Customised learning plans will be delivered within 3 working days following the initial consultation session.
• All online tutoring and consultation sessions will be delivered via pre-agreed digital platforms at the scheduled time.

4. Communication & Support

We provide customer support for service-related enquiries:

• Responses to general enquiries submitted during UK working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00) will be provided within 24 hours.
• Enquiries received outside working hours or on UK public holidays will be responded to within 48 hours.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information required for service delivery.
• Use all study materials, tutoring sessions and consultation services solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
• Not reproduce, distribute, share or sell any of our study materials, session recordings or consultation outputs to third parties.
• Not use our services for any unethical, illegal or academic dishonesty-related purposes.

6. Service Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update our services, including study materials and service formats:

• Significant changes to service delivery will be communicated to users at least 7 days in advance via registered email.
• Digital study materials may be updated periodically; users will be eligible for one free minor content update within 6 months of access, where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All study materials, tutoring content, consultation outputs and related digital resources provided through our services are the intellectual property of EAST LONDON ACADEMIC EXPERTS LTD. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

8. Liability Limitation

Our services are designed to provide educational guidance and support only. We do not guarantee specific academic results, grades or outcomes from the use of our services. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
