This policy defines clear time frames and valid conditions for all refund requests.\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">1. General Refund Time Rules<\/h2>\n<ul>\n \t<li>All valid refund applications must be submitted via official company email within the specified time limit.<\/li>\n \t<li>Once received, our team will review all requests and provide a formal response within 3 to 5 working days.<\/li>\n \t<li>Approved refunds will be completed through original payment methods within 5 working days after confirmation.<\/li>\n \t<li>Any dispute related to service orders must be raised within 7 days from the date of service purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">2. Online Tutoring &amp; Guidance Session Refund Terms<\/h2>\nThis clause covers one-to-one subject coaching, small-group learning guidance, academic writing guidance and academic English training sessions.\n<ul>\n \t<li>Cancellation requests made <strong>72 hours or more<\/strong> before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full service credit or full refund.<\/li>\n \t<li>Cancellation requests made between <strong>48 to 71 hours<\/strong> before the session start time are eligible for a partial refund.<\/li>\n \t<li>Requests submitted less than 48 hours before the arranged session will not be eligible for refund, and the session will be marked as utilised.<\/li>\n \t<li>Unattended sessions without prior notice will not qualify for any refund or resettlement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">3. Digital Study Materials Refund Terms<\/h2>\nThis clause applies to electronic handbooks, subject analysis documents, vocabulary manuals and independent learning toolkits.\n<ul>\n \t<li>Unopened, undownloaded digital resources may apply for a full refund within <strong>7 calendar days<\/strong> of purchase.<\/li>\n \t<li>Once download access has been activated or files have been saved locally, no refund application will be accepted.<\/li>\n \t<li>Free updated content provided within 6 months after purchase does not affect the original service refund rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">4.
